ID Check Process

NOTE 2: You need a role in Deep Harbor that permits ID checking. Please contact the [Deep Harbor Team] for assistance.

Performing an ID Check

1. Sign into the [Deep Harbor Admin Portal]
2. Find the member using the search bar
3. Navigate to the "Forms" tab
   1. Check their ID:
      1. Verify the DOB on the ID and confirm they are over 18 years of age
   2. Select Edit
   3. Enter your name or username and the current date
   4. Save the profile
4. Navigate to the "Status" tab
   1. Switch "Membership Status" to ACTIVE
   2. Save the profile

You have completed an ID check!
