Talk:Drill Press Craftsman 20in woodshop

On 13 Sept, Paul V observed a set of lasers attached to the drill. The rig appeared to be intended as some sort of sight, but does not have any live batteries. One downside to this setup is that it impedes the upward motion of the drillhead by being clamped to the shaft of it (I'll include pics the next time I'm here). Does anyone know what the intent behind this is? I'm inclined to remove it to restore the full range of motion on the drill. - Dawson
