- Waiting on the new landlord's lawyer to return the updated lease
- Brian is going to ping the new landlord again
- Steve was able to repair the laser cutter
- Leasing out the space
- we haven't heard back from the woman who was interested in renting the space
- we should think about how much we would want to rent the space out
